Our Foundation: The 6 Core Values That Guide True Craft Renovations

This week I spent time managing projects, crafting estimates, drawing plans, and designing business merchandise that reflects what True Craft Renovations is all about.

In the middle of it all, I had a realization:

To my clients, the value of my business is my integrity and our values.

To those outside of the client relationship, my value is often measured by profit.

That didn’t sit right with me — because I’m not building this business for profit alone. I’m building it to create real value for real people. I believe profit will follow, but that’s not what I’ll look back on and be proud of. That’s not what will make me feel like this was all worth it.

So I sat down this week and clearly defined what matters most — the values that shape everything we do:
